Supporting customer and infrastructure based largely on Microsoft Servers/Desktop Operating Systems and utilising Ubiquiti Networking Solutions, this role would suit someone who has exceptional time management skills, excellent customer service skills and is willing to work hard and be part of growing, dynamic and exciting company.
The successful applicant must have experience in the following
Windows Server 2003-2006 - Install/Support/Admin
Windows Desktops in AD environments
Exchange 2003 - 2006 Support
Office 365 - Migrate/Support/Admin
Active Directory and Group Policy
Telephony - SIP/Voice - Experience is a plus
Genuine customer service focus
Ability to work in a team
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to manage daily tasks
A passion for I.T
Friendly, outgoing personality
Attention to detail
Ability to translate technical matters from Geek-speak into layman's terms in a respectful way
Polite and helpful nature
